Here are a few fun coffee creamer recipes to use of some of that nutrient dense raw cream!
Classic Vanilla Creamer
Ingredients
- 1 cup raw cream
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup or raw honey
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- Whisk all ingredients together until smooth.
- Store in a glass jar in the fridge for up to 7 days.
- Shake before each use.
Maple Cinnamon Creamer
Ingredients
- 1 cup raw cream
- 2–3 Tbsp pure maple syrup
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Warm cream slightly on low heat (do not boil).
- Whisk in maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla.
- Chill before using.
Coconut Mocha Creamer
Ingredients
- 1 cup raw cream
- 2 Tbsp coconut sugar (or maple syrup)
- 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Blend everything until cocoa is fully dissolved.
- Store chilled, shake before use.
Pumpkin Spice Creamer (Seasonal Favorite)
Ingredients
- 1 cup raw cream
- 2 Tbsp pumpkin purée
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Whisk until smooth (a hand frother works well).
- Chill in fridge, shake before using.
Honey Lavender Creamer (Floral & Light)
Ingredients
- 1 cup raw cream
- 2 Tbsp raw honey
- 1 tsp dried lavender buds
Instructions
- Gently warm cream with lavender for 5 minutes (don’t boil).
- Strain lavender out.
- Stir in honey and cool before storing.
